We accept cash, check and card. There is a 3% convenience fee for card use.

 

Payment must be made before or at pick up unless prior arrangements have been made. 

 

Charges include the day of drop off and pick up regardless of time.

Cancellations within 3 days of reservation will incur a 2-day minimum charge per dog.

Hard to handle, aggressive, destructive, etc. dogs may incur additional charges

​

We recommend all pets remain on their current diet while boarding. Please bring just enough food for the stay in pre-packaged Ziplock bags per meal labeled with your pets name or a sealed container. If food is not provided, Purina One dog food will be fed at an additional fee.

Beds that can be taken apart to be washed are acceptable. Raised cots are allowed. Kennels are 4ft. by 4ft.

 

Please leash your dog before exiting the vehicle and keep them leashed at all times.

 

 We require veterinary proof of vaccinations current within one year on all dogs prior to drop off date. (Rabies, DHLP, Parvo and Bordetella) Proof of current vaccines must be on file before entering the facility.

 

 Pets will only be released to the owner unless prior arrangements are made.

 

OFF HOURS PICK UP/DROP OFF: Will incur a flat fee if picked up or dropped off before or after posted operating hours.

 

Any dog entering the kennel with fleas/ticks will be giving a flea bath. An addition fee for this services will be added to the bill.
