Coat Condition: We put you pet's comfort above all else. If the dogs coat is matted, the groomer may have to shave the mats out rather than perform a painful de-matting procedure. If a dog is severely matted, there is an increased risk for clipper burns or cuts. Matted dogs take additional time to groom so there will be an additional fee added to the regular grooming price. 

 

Senior Dogs: We will use extra care for older dogs. Grooming elderly dogs can cause mental and physical stress, due to this, we will do a much simpler cut for your pets health and safety. If groomer sees that the senior is stressed or having difficulty, the groom will be stopped immediately, and charges will apply.

 

Fleas & Ticks: If fleas or ticks are discovered on your dog, we will immediately give a flea bath to reduce the risk of parasite transmission. An extra fee will be applied to the bill to cover the cost of the special shampoo and treatment of the facility.

 

Aggressive Behavior: If a dog is aggressive in a way that may cause harm to itself or the groomer, the groom will be stopped and regular charges will still apply. Hard to handle and/or aggressive dogs may incur additional charges.

 

No-shows/Cancellations: Scheduling is important to maintain the flow of the day. If unable to make a scheduled appointment, please give 24 hours notice to give clients on a wait list the opportunity to receive services.  No-shows and last-minute cancellations will be charged 50% of the booking fee. Repeat cancellations will be required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit before booking their next appointment. Customers that arrive more than 15 minutes past the appointment time are considered no-shows.

Drop off/Pick up: Unless prior arrangements are made, dogs should not be dropped off more than 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment time and should be picked up within 30 minutes of being notified that they are ready. Late pick ups may incur a charge.

Payment: We accept cash, check or card at the time of pick up. (3% charge for card use)
